The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.
However, the world is facing unfathomable challenges that pose threats to and undermine peace and security, sustainable development and the full enjoyment of human rights.
The Pact for the Future, to be adopted at the Summit of the Future in September 2024, features the promotion of culture and intercultural and interreligious dialogue among collective actions that can strengthen social cohesion and accelerate the achievement of a wide array of sustainable development goals.
