UNAOC will be participating in the annual in-person meeting of the Global Coalition on Youth, Peace and Security (YPS), in Saly, Senegal, from 15 to 19 May 2023.
The annual meeting will focus on the YPS agenda and its progress since its launch, while identifying different milestones for stakeholders, and strategically thinking about the next steps for the next 5-10 years. Participants will also explore more pathways to collaboration to make the Coalition more inclusive, as well as identify opportunities for action vis-a-vis the New Agenda for Peace.
