The UNILU Center for Comparative Constitutional Law and Religion (CCCLR) Student Research Fellows Program invites post-graduate students to participate in an international short fellowship followed by a guided individual research project.
The aim of the program is to allow fellows to gain practical experience combined with research and writing experience, while acquiring experiences with grassroots bodies and organizations active in the field of religious freedom and diversity. The Fellows will also contribute to the work of the Center and the work of the organizations that will host them towards the cause of religious tolerance worldwide.
Program Structure
The program of the fellowship involves first a working experience of 5-6 weeks with one of the organizations active in interfaith dialogue in Switzerland. The second stage of the Fellowship, of an equivalent duration, is devoted to research projects related to their designated scholarly projects in collaboration with the CCCLR. The Fellowship is awarded a stipend of 4,000 CHF.
Eligibility Requirements
Post-graduate scholars as well as individuals with professional degrees, are welcome to apply. Applications (in English) from any country are welcome. The program is open to applicants regardless of gender or religion. A background in social sciences, in particular law and/or theology would be preferred.
