The High-Representative condemns the terrorist attacks in Tunisia, Kuwait and France
The High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, Mr. Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser strongly condemns the series of terrorist attacks that took place today in the cities of Sousa in Tunisia, Kuwait and Saint-Quentin-Fallavier in France.
The High Representative stresses that such heinous acts and all other attacks targeting innocent people are criminal and unjustifiable. Their perpetrators must be brought to justice. Crimes as such, will only lead to more hatred and violence, posing a serious threat to international peace and security.
These terrorist attacks are contrary to the values the Alliance of Civilizations promotes such as tolerance, peaceful co-existence and meaningful dialogue.
Mr. Al-Nasser extends his heartfelt sympathy to the victims’ families and loved ones. He expresses his support to the peoples and Governments of Tunisia, Kuwait and France.
